摘 要:CPL热控系统由于其独特的运行优势,在航天热控系统及微电子冷却装置等应用中越来越受到人们的重视.多孔芯冷凝器的提出很好地解决了压力波动和启动困难问题,目前关于这方面的研究尚处于初级阶段.本文试图建立多孔芯冷凝器冷凝通道内的流动和换热模型,探讨各影响因素对凝结换热过程的作用机制,并通过多孔芯冷凝器内部工作状况的可视化实验结果验证了理论模型的合理性。Because of the significant advantages and high performance, CPL has been developed as a high efficient heat transfer technology for thermal control of advanced spacecraft and cooling system of micro-electronics. The porous element of condenser provides an effective way to reduce or even eliminate the difficulties associated with the start-up procedure and the occurrence of pressure oscillations during operation, however the associated fundamental investigations on wicked condensers are very limited. The theoretical model of fluid flow and heat transfer in a wicked channel of condenser was established in order to investigate systematically the effects of various factors on the condensation heat transfer process. The measurements and visualization of the heat transfer and film flow during condensing in the condenser provided the sound evidences to support the theoretical model.
