摘  要:作者以 6L2 4 0柴油机为例 ,通过计算分析得出了多缸柴油机各缸功率不均衡状况下不同功率偏差率与所对应的曲轴扭振振幅的统计特性 ,为正确评价同类发动机的扭振性能提供了一定的依据。此外 ,通过理论分析 ,找到了进一步改善轴系扭振性能的有效途径 ,并通过计算进行了验证。结果表明 :能将最差情况下的扭振振幅减小约 50 %。Taking the 6L240 diesel engine as an example,the statistics characteristics of different power deviation rate along with the amplitude of torsional vibration under the condition in uneven power of each cylinder of multi-cylinder engines has been obtained by using calculation and analysis.These supply the foundation for evaluating torsional vibration property of similar engines.Furthermore,the effective method to improve torsional vibration property of crankshaft system comes out and has been proved by theoretical analysis.The results show that in the most dangerous condition the vibratory angle can be decreased 50%,thereby the stability and reliability of a diesel engine crankshaft system can be improved and enhanced.
