摘 要:着重探讨了 W型火焰锅炉炉膛的传热计算问题。在全面比较前苏联 1 973年热力计算标准中煤粉炉炉膛各种不同的传热计算方法的基础上 ,对其中 2种传热计算方法进行了较详细的分析研究 ,并针对邯峰发电厂的 660 MW机组 W型火焰炉进行了各种工况的炉膛传热计算。结果表明 :采用半开式法计算时有较大的偏差 ,而采用分区段法计算时误差较小。因此认为 :由于 W型火焰锅炉上、下炉膛的换热情况差别很大 ,进行炉膛传热计算时 ,应该将上、下炉膛分开计算。在现有条件下 ,推荐采用分区段算法。图 2表 1参W flame is a new boiler configuration introduced to our country from America in 1990s. It has been proved that the boiler has more advantages, such as firing condition, minimum stable combustion load rate, burning anthracite and lean coals, capacity of stable combustion and decreasing NOx emission. Therefore, the boiler will be widely used in our country. The thermal calculation of W flame boiler is exploited in this paper. Because the technology has been introduced for less than 10 years, there are no polished rules for thermal calculation. So for the heating calculation of 660MW class W flame boiler of Hanfeng Power Plant, the Soviet rules were used. To find the appropriate method for this kind of boiler, various methods were used. Through the comparion of the results, some useful suggestions of calculation were given. Figs 2, table 1 and refs 4.
