摘　　要：“E -mail”遍布于整个世界 ,就是将信息传递电子化 ,计算机化 ,利用计算机网络技术成为人与人之间沟通的纽带和桥梁。随着计算机网络技术的日益成熟 ,以及各行各业的迅猛普及 ,势必对企业传统管理方式和手段造成冲击 ,建立企业内部网络 ,实现企业内部信息传递的电子化 ,建立企业文件管理网页 。E-mail”is extended all over the world today.It electrifies and computerizes information transmission and comes to be the link and bridge of communication.With the development of the network technique and its rapidly generaling in all the industries,the traditional management pattern and measure will be influenced.So,it is a inevitable trend to establish local network and electrifies information transmission in enterprises,set up web for file management and realize the object to handle office business without paper.
