绿素酊对免疫抑制小鼠细胞免疫功能的调节作用

摘　　要：为观察绿素酊对环磷酰胺 (CTX)免疫抑制小鼠细胞免疫功能的调节作用 ,用不同剂量绿素酊给正常小鼠和CTX抑制小鼠灌胃 ,检测小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和T细胞的增殖作用。结果表明 :绿素酊能显著提高CTX免疫抑制小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬功能和T细胞的增殖作用 (P <0 .0 1)。认为绿素酊对CTX免疫抑制小鼠的细胞免疫功能具有一定的正调节作用。In order to investigate LUSU TINCTURE in regulating the immunological function of Cytoxan (CTX)-inhibited mice, the normal and CTX-inhibited mice were given different dosages of LUSU TINCTURE in their stomaches. The phagocytic function of the mouse macrophages (P<0.01) and the proliferation of T cells were evaluated (P<0.01). Results indicated that LUSU TINCTURE had some effect in up-regulation of the cellular immunity in CTX-immunosuppressed mice.
