摘 要:采用PCR技术结合聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及银染检测法 ,对 15 0名广西地区汉族无关个体进行DIS80位点的VNTR扩增片段长度多态性分析。结果检出 2 1个等位基因 ,6 3个基因型 ,杂合度、个体识别力和基因频率分布为 0 .873、0 .973、0 .0 0 3~ 0 .190。其基因频率分布符合Hardy -weinberg定律 ,对 3个家系相关个体分析符合孟德尔定律。提示DIS80位点为高度多态的遗传标记 ,在个体识别。The combinations of PCR technique with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining detection method were used to analyze the VNTR amplified fragment length polymorphism distribution of DIS80 locus from 150 unrelated individuals of Han nationality in Guangxi. Results showed that 21 alleles and 63 gene types were detected, the heterozygous degree, individual identification and gene frequency distribution were 0.873, 0.973 and 0.003~0.190, respectively. The gene frequency distribution was in accordance with the Hardy-Weinberg Law, and the analysis of related individuals in 3 families showed that the gene frequency distribution was in accordance with the Mendelian Law. Results indicated that the DIS80 locus was a high polymorphism genetic marker and it played an important role in application on individual identification and population genetics.
