甲状腺激素对大鼠脾淋巴细胞内ACTH的影响

摘　　要：本实验通过药物诱发 SD大鼠发生甲亢和甲低 ,研究甲状腺激素对脾淋巴细胞内免疫反应性 ACTH( ir ACTH)的影响。甲亢组大鼠体重显著低于甲低组和对照组 ;血清 TT3、FT3、TT4、FT4在甲亢组和甲低组间有显著差异 ;相同细胞数内 ir ACTH量 ,甲亢组略高于对照组 ,而甲低组则显著低于另两组 ,表明甲状腺激素对淋巴细胞内 irThe effect of thyroid hormones on immunoreactive adrenocorticotropic hormone (irACTH) in lymphocytes, the hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism rat models were induced by injection of L-T 4 and Methiomazole respectively, and confirmed by body weight and serum thyroid hormones levels. Compared with controls in identical number of cells, irACTH levels of hyperthyroidism group increased slightly and that of hypothyroidism group decreased significantly. This result indicated that thyroid hormones might regulate the synthesis of irACTH in lymphocytes.
