鼻胆管代替T型管引流在胆道外科手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：对 12 5例胆石症患者行手术治疗 ,其中 6 0例术后采用 T型管引流 (T管组 ) ,6 5例采用自制的鼻胆管引流 (鼻胆管组 ) ,两组均经术后胆道造影拔管。结果鼻胆管组与 T型管组比较 ,术后拔管及胆汁引流时间明显缩短 ,P均 <0 .0 5 ;术后住院天数明显缩短 ,P<0 .0 5 ;术后与引流相关的并发症发生率低 ,P<0 .0 5。认为胆道外科术后采用鼻胆管引流能够缩短患者住院时间 ,避免胆汁大量丢失 ,并发症少 ,避免了长期带 T管的痛苦 ,胃肠功能恢复快 ,有利于早期康复 ,是一种较为理想的引流方式。patients with cholelithiasis treated surgically were divided into drainage of T tube group(group T T cases)and nasobiliary tube group (group N T,65 Cases),The two groups were decannuled by cholangiograply There was a sisnificant difference satistically in days of hospitalization(P<0 05),time of decannulation and biliary drainage(P<0 05)between two groups The complications were reduced in group N T(P<0 05) This suggests that the nasobiary drainage can less time of hospitalization avoid massive discharge of bile,reduce complications,less pain to patiens,and contrbute to early rehabilitation
