中药补肾方在体外对慢乙肝患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察中药补肾方在体外对 32例慢乙肝患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法　在培养基中加入中药刺激细胞生长 ,使淋巴细胞亚群发生变化。结果　补肾方能促进CD+ 4细胞的增殖 (P <0 .0 1) ,从而提高CD4+ /CD8+ 比值 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时对CD3+ 、CD 16 + 、CD 19+ 均有一定的影响 ,但作用均较弱 (均P >0 .0 5 )。结论　CD8+ 补肾方在一定程度上能直接促进CD4+ 细胞增殖 ,从而调整乙肝患者细胞免疫功能 ,有利于提高乙肝治疗的疗效。Objective To clarify effect of Renal Tonal Prescription (traditional Chinese medicine) on peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Drug of Renal Tonal Prescription was added into the culture medium and then the changs of subgroups of lymphocytes were tested in vivo.Results The data showed that Renal Tonal Prescription can promote the proliferation of CD4 + lymphocytes and increase the CD4 + / CD8 + ratio ( P <0.05). Furthermore, Renal Tonal Prescription can also had some effects on different groups of lymphocytes, such as CD3 +、CD 16 + and CD 19 + cells. Conclusion These results suggest that Renal Tonal Prescription can directly stimulate CD4 + lymphocyte's proliferation to some extent, so as to modulate the function of cellular immune system and improve the therapeutic effect on chronic hepatitis B.
