摘 要:目的:探讨糖尿病足(DF)与微量白蛋自尿和糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的关系。方法:对87例 2型糖尿病合并与不合并糖尿病足患者用放射免疫法(RIA)进行24 h尿微量白蛋白的测定,并用眼底荧光造影进行糖尿病视网膜病变患病率分析。结果:DF组24 h尿微量白蛋白显著高于NDF组(P<0. 05)。尿微量白蛋白与糖尿病足显著相关,r=0.264,P<0.05;DF组DR发生率显著高于NDF组(P<0.001)。糖尿病视网膜病变与糖尿病足显著相关,r=0.462,P<0.01。结论:微量白蛋白尿和糖尿病视网膜病变与糖尿病足的发生显著相关,微血管病变参与了糖尿病足的发生。Objective: To explore the relationship between microalbuminuria and diabetic foot(DF)as well as the relationship between diabetic retinopathy (DR) and diabetic foot. Methods: The urine albumin was determined by RIA in 87 cases of type-2 diabetes with or without diabetic foot. The DR was diagnosed by using Fundus Fluorescence Angiography. Results: The level of urine albumim was significantly higher in the DF group than that in the NDF group(P<0. 05). There was a close correlation between the level of urine albumin and diabetic foot(r=0. 264, P<0. 05). The prevalence rate of DR was significantly higher in the DF group than that in the NDF group (P< 0.01 ). Diabetic retinopathy was closely related with diabetic foot, (r = 0.462, P< 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Microalbumiura and diabetic retinpathy have a strong relationship with diabetic foot. Microangiopathy play a role in the pathogenesis of diabetic foot.
