摘　　要：目的 :研究骨髓基质成纤维细胞与成骨的关系。方法 :Luria多器官培养器体外器官培养法、肾被膜下移植技术以及石蜡切片技术。结果 :移植物在移植处形成软骨细胞团及骨基质。结论 :骨髓基质成纤维细胞集落形成细胞 ( CFU-F)为基质多能干细胞 。Objective:To study the relation between bone marrow stromal cells and ostetgenesis.Methods:The Luria organ culture in vitro,transplantation under the renal capsule and paraffin sections were used.Results:Cartilage and bone stroma were formed under the renal capsule.Conclusion:Bone marrow CFU-F are stromal stem cells which are capable of proliferating and differentiating into all stromal cells lines necessary for the formation of bone.
