摘　　要：目的 :探讨喘息性疾病对肾脏功能的影响。方法 :用放射免疫法测定喘息性疾病发作期和好转期患儿尿β2 -微球蛋白 ( β2 —M)水平。结果 :喘息性疾病发作期较好转期及对照组尿β2 -M明显增高 ,重型组较轻型组尿β2 -M明显增高。结论 :喘息性疾病发作期对肾脏功能有影响。Objective: In order to investigate the role of asthmatoid disease torenal function. Methods: The β 2-MG were determined respectively byradiommunoassay in the stage of acute attack and in the restoration stage.Results:The value of β 2-MG in the acute stage and in severe group were significantly higher thanthat of in the restoration stage, in control group and mild group.Conclusion:In the acute stage, asthmatoid disease have an effect on renal function.
