降脂通脉对动脉粥样硬化病变的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察降脂通脉对动脉粥样硬化(AS)动物模型病变的影响。方法将125只鹌鹑随机分为正常组、高脂组、中药组分别喂养，50d后处理动物观察其血脂指标及光镜下动脉病变。结果中药组各项血脂指标低于高脂组(P< 0.05)，光镜下中药组动脉内皮细胞损伤轻微。结论降脂通脉有良好调脂作用，明显抑制，延缓AS病变进展。Objective To investigate the effects of the traditional chinese medicine jianZhiTongMai(JZTM)on animal'sterosclerosis. Method 125 quail were divided into three groups that were respectively treated with JZTM ,Lovastatin and distilled water everyday for two months.Then blood lipids were detected and the animals were dissected for pathological observation .Result The serum total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL) of the group treated with JZTM decline markedly(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05);at the same time the injury of main artery and liver was abated evidently.Conclusion JZTM has good effects on reducing blood lipids and improving endothelial function,thereby staying or reverseing AS pathological changes.
