摘　　要：通过抗瘤酮A10 对肝腹水Hep A 2 2细胞的抑制活性的研究 ,证实了它的抑瘤性并初步证实其作用方式。主要利用噻唑蓝 (MTT法 )测定药物的抗癌作用 ,并观察抗瘤酮A10 对肝腹水型荷瘤小鼠的生命延长作用及对实体瘤生长的抑制作用。并进一步用小鼠碳末廓清免疫指标测试及抗瘤酮A10 与化疗药物 5 Fu相配伍 ,初步证明其作用方式。抗瘤酮A10 体外细胞实验显示其细胞毒性很低 ,对小鼠的生命延长作用和抑瘤作用十分明显 ,对机体的免疫能力有明显提高 ,并初步证实它是以生物反应调节剂形式起作用的。In this paper,we researched the inhibition of antineoplaston A 10 on Hep-A-22 To assay the antitumor ability of A 10 ,we performed the MTT test,and also observed the effects of A 10 that prolonged life of rats with ascites and inhibited growth of entity tumor To preliminarily proved the action way of A 10 ,we performed experiments to observe the effects of A 10 on immunologic functions Results showed the cytotoxic action of antineoplaston A 10 is very low,its effects on prolonging rats life and inhibiting tumor are very obvious We also preliminarily proved A 10 affected as a biological reaction regulator
