中国西部40个贫困县村卫生室费用及村医相关行为分析

摘　　要：根据“卫生部—联合国儿童基金会1999～2000年度综合县项目”对中国西部40个贫困县441个村卫生室的调查,表明药品收入是村卫生人员的主要收入来源;次均处方费用为9.45元,高于全国平均水平;五省村卫生室处方平均用药种类亦高于其他报道,同时村卫生室的软件建设如财务管理制度等需要进一步完善与规范。According to the survey of 441 village clinics of 40 poor counties in west China, the results showed that income form drugs is the main source. In 441 village clinics, the average cost of a prescription is 9.45 yuan, which is higher than the level of whole country. The average kind of prescription drugs is higher than other reports.The research found management and other software facilities need to be paid more attention.
