摘　　要：近些年我国住宅产业正日趋兴盛,规模宏大的住宅建设,也推进了住区规划设计水平的不断提高。本文概要地从理念、人本、劝能、生态和文化等视角,作趋向性的回顾和评述。In recent years, housing industry in China has been in prosperity. Large-scale residential construction promote the overall level of planning design. From the perspectives of conception, function, ecology and culture respectively, this paper briefly reviews and makes comments on their trends.
