摘　　要：通过对住宅建设现状分析 ,发现目前住宅存在功能设计不够合理 ,工程质量尚处于较低水平 ,特别是住宅建设的科技含量甚低 ;为改变这一现状 ,提出一系列的改进措施 ,从住宅设计到住宅建设的科技开发 ,并施行住宅建设“三同步” ,最后是发展智能化住宅 。through analysis on the residence construction in the present. We found that There are many unreasonable designations questions,and the construction quality is still at a low level, especially the science and technology application, which can be used inn the residence construction are much less enough. Now,we need to develop a series of measurements to improve the present situation, from the residence designation to the residence the residence construction technology development, and we need to apply the residence construction plan'three synchronizing plan'.last we need to develop the intellect residence, and promote the concept of traditional residence.
