室内空气品质对“病态建筑”的影响与对策

摘　　要：提出了当今“病态建筑”的主要原因是室内空气品质不良，进一步阐述了影响室内空气品质的各种客观因素，在此基础上着重分析了通风量不足、热舒适性不良、室内外污染是导致空气品质恶化的主要原因，并从通风量和送风方式、热舒适性、异味和污染消除三个方面给出了相应的对策。This paper first introduces the main cause of the 'Sick Bunding'is bad indoor air quality, then elaborates all kinds of the objective factors which affect indoor air quality. Based on this,the paper analyses that the bad indoor is mainly caused by the lack of the ventilation volume,the uncomfortable ar- dent environment and the indoor and outdoor air pollution. At last,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures from three aspects,that is the ventilation volume and the style of the supply system,the ardent comfort and remove of the odors and pollution.
