牦牛数量性状主基因的研究

摘　　要：数量性状主基因的研究和开发利用是目前动物遗传育种学研究的热点之一 .本研究用偏离正态分布检测法探索了牦牛体重、体高、体长、胸围、产奶量、乳脂率等 6个数量性状的主基因 .结果表明 :体重、体高、产奶量、乳脂率 4个性状有主基因的作用 ;在牦牛育种中应充分考虑主基因的问题 .In recent years, research into major genes of quantitative traits is one of the studying focuses in animal genetics and breeding. This paper studies major genes of body weight, height at withers, body length, heart girth, milk crop, and milk fat percentage on yak. The results show body weight, height at withers, milk crop, milk fat percentage have effects and roles of major genes. Therefore, major genes should be taken into consideration in yak breeding. And the paper discusses the channels and methods of utilization on yak genetic resources with analysis of major genes.
