实验性肉鸭镉中毒研究

摘　　要：采用浓度为 0、0 .0 0 7、0 .0 14、0 .0 2 5、0 .0 4 %(占饲料的百分比 )的混饲氯化镉 ,对出生 2 4小时的 12 5只樱桃谷肉鸭进行镉中毒试验研究 .研究表明 ,氯化镉中毒 ,造成肉鸭严重贫血 ,抑制生长 ,引起肝、胆、胃、甲状腺病变 。In this cadmiun toxicity experimental research, we use provender with cadmiun chloride of 0; 0.007; 0.014; 0.025; 0.04 percent to feed 125 Cherry Valley ducks 24 hours after their birth. The result indicates that the cadmiun chloride intoxication will lead serious anemia, growth restriction and cause the pathology of the ducks' livers, galls, stomachs and thyroid glands. Especially the thyroid gland of the ducks will be seriously injured.
