摘　　要：为了将猪生长激素cDNA基因在表达后能一步纯化获得表达产物 ,对来自于质粒的猪生长激素cDNA基因通过PCR技术进行了改建 ,进一步的序列分析表明 ,与GenBank登录的序列不同In order to get the expression product of porcine growth hormone cDNA gene after one step purification, we reconstruct the porcine growth hormone cDNA gene by means of PCR., further sequencing shows that its sequence is different from the sequence reported at GenBank. The reconstructed gene has no mutation.
