合成4-苯氧基苯甲酸的新工艺研究

摘　　要：以次氯酸钠为氧化剂 ,在相转移催化剂聚乙二醇 (PEG) - 4 0 0作用下 ,氧化 4 -苯氧基苯乙酮合成了 4 -苯氧基苯甲酸 ,并对氧化反应的物料比、相转移催化剂的选择和用量以及反应混合液的pH等条件进行了较深入的研究 .最佳条件为 :4 -苯氧基苯乙酮∶次氯酸钠∶PEG - 4 0 0为 1mol∶4mol∶15 0mL ,反应混合液的pH为 12～ 13(要求次氯酸钠有效氯 >15 % ) ,产品收率大于 92 % .phenoxybenzoic acid was synthesized from 4 phenoxyacetophenone by sodium hyprochlorite solution which was obtained by waste gas containing chlorine of industry dissolved in alkailliquor according to the halform reaction in the precene of phase transfer catalyst(PEG 400).The technological conditions such as raw material ratio,the pH value range,and the quantity of catalyst were dicussed.A higher yield(>92%) of 4 phenoxybenzoic acid was obtained in the conditions of 4 phenoxyacetophenone∶sodium hyprochlorite∶PEG 400=1 mol∶4 mol∶150 mL,the pH=12～13.
