摘　　要：在对胜利油田三采注聚项目特点和性质进行分析的基础上 ,认为该类项目应该采用增量法进行经济评价 。On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and properties of Shenli Oil Field's polymer injection project of tertiary process,it is considered that such kind of project should adopt the incremental method for the economic evaluation,and the calculated incremental appraisal index as the foundation of project investment decision.
