摘 要:本文介绍了 1995— 1997年间在中原油田陆续实施的注入水水质改性技术的要点、回注污水处理工艺及实施前后全油田注入水水质改善情况的统计数字。这些数字表明中原油田注入水水质已稳定达标。用不同理论公式预测了 3个联合站的高 pH值 (≥ 8.0 )注入水发生CaCO3 ,CaSO4 ,MgCO3 结垢的趋势。通过加入晶种促进结垢并用X射线衍射法测定 ,得到了这 3个联合站不同比例的注入水和采出水在不同温度下 (70℃ ,90℃ ,110℃ )的单一无机盐结垢量和总结垢量。理论预测和实验测定结果都表明 ,3个联合站的注入水和采出水均具有结垢性 ,且相互间是不配伍的 。The outlines and field results of an injection water quality adjustment technology put into practice in 1995 1997 over Zhongyuan Oil Fields are described. This technology has led to stabilizing and qualifying the quality of flooding waters at Zhongyuan since then. The pH value of the waters thus treated is high(≥8.5). The scaling tendencies of injection waters from 3 water treating plants for CaCO 3, CaSO 4 and MgCO 3 are theoretically predicted by using various criteria. The amount of scale buildup, total and of single salts, is experimentally determined by X ray diffraction for scale samples formed with a nucleating agent added. The theoretical predictions and experimental results show that the adjusted injection waters and the produced formation waters at every water treating plant of 3 have tendency of scaling and are imcompatible one with other; the main constituent of the scaling substances is CaCO 3.
