摘 要::“九五”期间胜利油田在聚合物驱方面主要进行了以下六项工作 :①深化聚合物驱油机理和影响因素研究 ;②严格控制聚合物产品的质量 ;③对特高含水油藏进行再认识 ,加强注聚区的选取和方案编制工作 ;④加大聚合物驱前的油藏准备工作 ;⑤针对过程中出现的问题 ,强化注聚过程中的调整 ;⑥加强后续水驱单元的管理 。Six measures had been taken in performing 6 industrial polymer flood programs (on the basis of 1 pilot and 2 enlarged) at Shengli Oil Fields in 1996—2000. These are: ①deepening the researches on oil displacing mechanisms and influencing factors involved; ②using qualified polymers suitable to reservoirs of Shengli; ③furthur improving the knowledges on severely watered reservoirs to select polymer flood areas/districts and construct flood programs properly; ④intensifying the pretreatments of reservoirs before starting a flood program;⑤adjusting flood programs in time according to the problems encountered; ⑥strengthening the management of the successive water flood course. With these measures put into practice notable field results of increase in oil productivity and of decrease in water cut of produced oil are obtained.
