摘 要:为扩大乙烯原料来源 ,石油化工科学研究院开发了以重油为原料采用专用催化剂生产乙烯和丙烯的催化热裂解新工艺。在中型装置上考察该工艺专用催化剂的流化、输送性能和水热稳定性 ,反应温度、注水量、反应压力、剂油比等操作参数对乙烯、丙烯等产率影响的中试结果。表明 :以大庆掺减压渣油为原料 ,在反应温度 6 40℃、反应压力 0 .0 7MPa、注水量 5 4.3%的条件下 ,乙烯产率为 2 2 .82 % ,丙烯产率为 15 .96 % ;该工艺原料来源广泛 ,价格低 ;反应温度较低 ,催化剂的流化性能和水热稳定性好 ;为扩大我国乙烯原料来源提供了新的途径。A pilot scale test of a new technology, Catalytic Pyrolysis Process, was carried out for expanding the feed sources of ethylene production. The technology could process heavy oils, such as VGO, VGO blended with vacuum residue, and even atmospheric residue, over a proprietary catalyst to produce high yields of ethylene and propylene under moderate reaction condition. The fluidization and transfer performance and hydrothermal stability of the catalyst were examined. The influences of operating parameters, such as reaction temperature, pressure, cat to oil ratio and residence time, were investigated. The pilot plant test showed that an ethylene yield of 22.82% and a propylene yield of 15.96% were obtained for Daqing vacuum residue blended feedstock at a reaction temperature of 640 ℃, a pressure of 0.07 MPa and a steam injection amount of 54.3%. The technology provides a new route for ethylene production from heavy feedstock.
