摘 要:双管掺稀油集输流程是稠油油田普遍采用的一种流程。通过对双管掺稀油集输流程的系统分析,以初始投资与运行费用相结合的等额年费用为优化目标,建立了优化设计的数学模型,给出了优化设计变量的约束条件及数学模型的求解方法,并编制了相应的求解软件,以实例说明了该软件的应用情况。Gathering pipeline system circuit of double-pipe mixing light oil is a circuit which is used widely in heavy oilfield. Its primary investment is huge and enormous thermal energy and power energy will be used up during operation period. In order to explore an optimal design scheme , by analyzing the gathering pipeline system circuit of double-pipe mixing light oil,an optimal objective named equal amount annual cost which considers the primary investment and operation cost comprehensively is put forward and a mathematical model is established. A corresponding software has been programmed, which is helpful to the designers of surface planning and design to increase their design efficiency and quality.
