摘　　要：介绍了某厂引进的Comprimo公司 2 0kt/a硫磺回收及串级SCOT尾气处理的设计特点及试生产情况。该装置采用串级SCOT新工艺 ,气抽子代替开工循环风机 ,空冷代替排汽筒新鲜水直接冷却 ;采用先进的LDDuiker酸性气燃烧器 ;燃烧炉采用热壁 ,反应器采用半管分布器。仪表的改进包括采用ESD自保逻辑联锁系统 ,余热锅炉液位采用“三参数”控制方案。装置采用框架式立体布置代替水平式布置 。Design features and test running of the 20kt/yr sulfur recovery unit of Comprimo's patented technique and test running of the SCOT tail gas treatment unit were introduced.Following process and equipment were adopted,a new process of cascade SCOT tail gas treatment,a gas suctior replacing the recycle air blower at start up,air cooling replacing fresh water cooling for waste steam exhausting pipe, an advanced LD Duiker sour gas burner,a hot-wall burner,a semi tube distributor reactor.The revamping of instruments included the use of ESD self protection logical inter lock system,three parameter control option for liquid level of the waste bolier.Successful test running has been achieved.
