180例B超诊断宫外孕临床分析

摘　　要：为探讨B超在宫外孕诊断中的价值 ,对 180例宫外孕患者进行了B超检查 ,结果因宫外孕临床表现不同 ,其声像图表现不一 可以出现 4种表现 :(1)宫外妊娠囊、胎心搏动点及胎儿影像 .(2 )围绕子宫形成液性暗区 ,此暗区大小与出血多少呈正比 .(3)形成肿块多位于陶氏腔或一侧附件区 ,形态不规则 ,内部回声不均 ,周围回声杂乱 ,需与盆腔肿瘤及炎性粘连包块鉴别 .(4 )当继发腹腔妊娠时在上述异常回声区内见到胎囊、胎心搏动点及胎儿影像 .B超在宫外孕诊断中有重要价值 ,是一种方便、实用、可重复、无痛苦的检查方法 .Value of ultrasound were discussed in extrauterine pregnancy to 180 cases.The result shows: (1)extrauterine pregnancy cyst,embryo beat and portrait.(2) Liquid hidden place appears around extrauterine and the hidden place amount relate with blood. (3) The blood lump is usually lied to one side of adnexa or to Douglas fossa,which has irregular form and interral ultrasonic image followed by mixed ultrasonic images around. (4) Embryo cyst,beat and portait appear in echo place that above-mentioned when abdominal pregnancy with ultrasound is important check method and convinent and painless.
