摘 要:通过含 Na Cl介质溶液的浸泡实验 ,利用电化学检测技术 ,观测和比较了 Na NO2 等 8种无机缓蚀剂添加于混凝土中对钢筋的阻锈作用 .结果表明 ,在本实验条件下 ,Na NO2 等缓蚀剂对钢筋有明显的阻锈作用 .在 p H=9.5 0 ,含 10 %Na Cl的混凝土模拟液中 ,外加 Na NO2 后 ,混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀电位正移 ,腐蚀电流可下降至未加缓蚀剂的 1/ 6 .The effects of different inorganic corrosion inhibitors including sodium nitrite etc. on the reinforcing steel in concrete immersed in simulated concrete solution with 10% NaCl and pH 9.50 were studied by electrochemical technique. The results show that NaNO 2 and the other inhibitors have a various effect on the reinforcing steel in anticorrosion respectively under the experimental condition. For the reinforcing steel in concrete, the free corrosion potential increased by 250 mV, and the corrosion currents decreased by 5 times by adding 2.4% sodium nitrite to the concrete immersed in simulated concrete solution with 10% NaCl and pH 9.50. The performance of reinforcement in anti pitting corrosion was improved in different degree by adding the different inhibitors in concrete immersed in the above mentioned solutions for one year.
