摘 要:测定了条纹斑竹鲨 ( Chilocsyllium plagiosum)肌肉中的水分、灰分及能值 ,水分含量 :78.86% ;灰分含量 :4 .12 % ;能值 :2 1.91k J· g-1.水分、灰分及能值虽然与体长、体重无明显关系 ,但随季节的变化而变化 .这与鱼体自身的生物学特性有关 ,也受到环境因子 (温度等 )变化的影响 .此外 ,条纹斑竹鲨肌肉的水分、灰分与能值之间存在明显的相关关系 .随着水分的升高 ,灰分略有下降 。From September, 1998 to August, 1999, the water content, ash content and calorific value of the muscle of 70 Chilocsyllium plagiosum were determined. The result is as follows: water content: 78.86%; ash content: 4.12%; calorific value: 21.91 kJ·g -1 . And there weren’t any significant relationships of water content, ash content or calorific value with body length or body weight, but they had seasonal dynamics, which were relative not only with the characters of Chilocsyllium plagiosum , but also with environmental factors. There were significant correlations among water content, ash content and calorific value.
