敌敌畏对金鱼摄食行为的影响

摘　　要：研究金鱼浸浴在敌敌畏溶液 15d中 ,不同浓度敌敌畏溶液对金鱼摄食行为、学习和记忆能力的影响 ,以及恢复期中上述指标的变化 ,并对敌敌畏影响的可能机制作初步探讨 .结果表明 :1)敌敌畏能推迟金鱼首次撞球时间 ,影响其学习和记忆能力 ;2 )敌敌畏使摄食峰后移 ,对摄食频率具抑制作用 ;3)在清水饲养的恢复期间 。This paper deals with the changes of feeding behavior of goldfish exposed to different concentrations of dichlorvos and to the normal water for fifteen days respectively. The results show that, 1) The higher concentrations of dichlorvos, the longer the first feeding strike time of goldfish, the lower the feeding frequency and the later the feeling spike occurs. This indicated that the learning and memory of goldfish are decreased with the increase in dichlorvos concentrations which restrain goldfish from feeding behavior. 2) After removing dichlorvos poisoned goldfish into clean water for fifteen days, the above mentioned indexes recovered to some extent.
