摘　　要：对马鹿花根及种子化学成分的提取、分离及鉴定进行了研究初探 ,结果得到 5个化合物 ,初步鉴定为大豆素 (A)、大豆苷 (B)、葛根素 (C)等异黄酮类化合物 ,豆甾醇 (D)和 β 谷甾醇(E)等甾体类化合物 。A preliminary study on extraction, separation and identification of chemical constituents in roots and seeds of Pueraria wallchii DC.was carried out. Five chemical compounds were obtained and preliminarily identified as the flavones: daidzein (A), daidzin(B), puerarin(C)and the steroids: stigmasterol (D) and β sitosterol (E). These provide scientific basis for the exploitation and utilization of P.wallchii DC.
