摘 要:研究了氢化物发生微分电位溶出法测定人尿、头发及自来水中痕量锡的方法 ,该法能有效地消除共存离子的干扰。详细研究了锡化氢发生以及微分电位溶出法测定锡的最佳条件。方法的线性范围 0~ 150 0mg·ml- 1,检出限 2 .5ng·ml- 1,成功地用于自来水、人尿及头发痕量锡的测定。测定发样中 30 4 5ng·g- 1锡时 ,回收率为 10 0 3% ,相对标准偏差为 5 1% (n =6 )Separation of tin by the hydride generation method is used in hyphenation with the differential potentiometric stripping volltammetric determination of trace amounts of tin in some biological samples and also in tap water The interferences from co-existing ions, especially the interferences of Pb 2+ and Cu 2+ , can thus be effectively eliminated Optimum conditions of the hydride generation and of the differential potentiometric stripping are studied thoroughly The linear range of determination is 0~1500mg·ml -1 of tin, and its limit of detection is 2 5ng·ml -1 The proposed method has been satisfactorily used in the analysis of human hair and urine, and also of tap water A recovery of 100 3% at the concentration level of 304 5ng·g -1 , and a RSD of 5 1% ( n =6) is obtained in the analysis of human hair samples
