摘　　要：介绍了应用气相色谱法 氢火焰离子化检测器检测太白洋参中甘露醇的方法 .采用OV 2 2 5填充柱分离 .该法平均回收率为 90 .6 6 % .检出限为 0 .A method of determination of mannite in taibai ginseng by gas chromatography is introduced. The methanol extractive of mannite in taibai ginseng is separated in a OV 225 packed column and detected with flame ionic detector (FID). The result showed that the recovery of the method was 90.66 % and the detection limit was 0.1 mg/L.
