摘  要:在石英固定床反应器上采用程序升温法 (TPR)分别考察了CO和O2 气氛下煤中矿物质对NO 半焦还原反应的影响。研究结果表明 ,CO和O2 对于半焦还原NO的反应有显著的促进作用 ;煤中矿物质的催化作用与其组成相关 ,矿物质中的碱金属Na对于NO 半焦反应具有较强的催化作用而对于CO NO反应的催化作用较小 ;矿物质中的Fe对半焦还原NO的反应催化作用微弱 ,但在CO气氛下 ,Fe对于NO CO反应的催化作用较强可有效地促进NO的还原 ;O2 对于半焦还原NO反应的促进作用机理是O2 与半焦反应在半焦表面上形成C(O)活性位参与NO的还原以及O2 半焦反应形成的CO在矿物质和半焦的催化下也参与还原NO ;矿物质的惰质组分对Fe的催化作用以及NOThe influence of mineral matter in coal and deliberately added on the NO char reaction in the presence and absence of CO and O 2 was investigated The experiment was carried out in a quartz fixed bed reacter with temperature programmed reaction method in temperature range of 400?℃~950?℃ The results showed that alkali metal Na in mineral matter strongly catalyzed the NO char reaction but the catalytic effect of Na on NO CO reaction was not as much as that of Fe Fe in the mineral matter significantly catalyzed the NO CO reaction, however, the catalytic activity of Fe in the char consuming reaction was very weak due to the inhibition of inert composition in mineral matter O 2 enhanced the NO char reaction remarkably regardless of the presence or absence of mineral matter The mechanisms of NO reduction under various atmospheres were discussed in detail
