摘  要:采用硅胶作为制备水不溶性季铵盐杀菌剂的原料,以γ-胺丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为联接硅胶和杀菌活性官能团的偶联剂。在硅胶上键合γ-胺丙基三甲氧基硅烷的最佳反应条件为:使用二甲苯作反应溶剂,80℃反应6h以上,硅烷与硅胶的重量比为1∶1左右。固载硅烷的硅胶叔胺化条件为:使用甲苯和二甲苯作反应溶剂,100℃反应4h以上,甲酸与甲醛的体积比为1∶1。使用所研制的中间体制备的水不溶性杀菌剂用量在2mg/ml时杀菌率达到97%。Silica gels have been used as the materials of insoluble quaternary ammonium bactericides. (-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilanes were used as the coupling agents of coupling silica gels and bacteriacidal groups. The optimum conditions for reacting silica gels with (-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilanes were obtained. Dimethylbenzene was used as solvent. The reaction temperature was 80℃ and the reaction time was controlled more than 6h. The mass ratio of (-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilanes and silica gels was 1:1. The optimum conditions that the silica gels carried siloxane were prepared to the silica gels with tertiary amine groups also were obtained. Methylbenzene or dimethylbenzene was used as solvent. The reaction temperature was 100℃ and the reaction time was controlled more than 4h. The volume ratio of methanoic acid and formaldehyde was 1:1.The bactericidal rate of the insoluble bactericide prepared by the researched intermediates was up to 97% at the using amount of 2mg /ml.
