两种谷子细菌性病害的鉴定

摘　　要：谷叶上发生的二种细菌病害经症状及病原细菌的形态,培养性状和生理生化性状以及寄主范围的测定,确认该两种细菌病害为粟细菌性褐条纹病和粟细菌性条斑病,病原细菌分别为PseudomonasavenueManns.和Xanthomonascampestrispv.translucens,谷子是Xanthomonascampestrispv.translucens的一个新寄主。Three kinds of bacteria (SI- 1 ,SI-2,81-3) isolated from leaf spots of millet were identified, respectively. According to the bacteriological characteristics and pathogenicity study, SI- 1 showed to be Pseudomonas avenue Manns, while SI - 2 and SI - 3 showed to be Xanthomonas camvestris jn>. translucens f. sp. undulosa. Millet was their new host.
