引进良种肉牛冻胚规模移植技术研究

摘　　要：从加拿大引进良种肉牛利木赞、西门塔尔、盖洛威冻胚 ,移植受体 4 89头次。得到以下研究结果 :12 0d直检妊娠 2 4 9头 ( 50 9% ) ,产犊 2 2 1头 ,产程死亡 13头 ,产犊成活率 94 1%。应用氯前列烯醇同期发情 ,累计处理受体牛 93 0头次 ,880头次出现发情 ( 94 6% ) ,84 7头次达到同期发情 ,72h内同期率为 91 1%。经产黄牛移植成功率 4 9 2 % ( 2 11/ 42 9) ;育成荷斯坦牛移植成功率63 3 % ( 3 8/ 60 )。首批选中的受体移植成功率为 60 1% ( 158/ 2 63 ) ;首批移植落选牛和移植后未孕牛再进行选择 ,移植成功率 3 6 4 % ( 64 / 176) ;而对类似情况的受体牛经医疗护理和加强饲养管理 ,两个月后再进行第三批移植 ,成功率为 54 0 % ( 2 7/ 50 )。A级黄体受体牛移植成功率 54 7% ( 4 1/75) ;B级黄体受体牛移植成功率 4 4 7% ( 115/ 2 57) ,统计差异不显著 (P >0 0 5)。桑椹胚 ( 155枚 )在周期的第 6d、6 5d和 7d的移植成功率分别为 55 0 % ( 3 3 / 60 )、51 5% ( 3 4 / 66)和 51 7% ( 15/2 9) ,统计分析 6d与 6 5d、7d差异不显著 (P <0 0 5) ;而囊胚 ( 158枚 )在周期的 6d、6 5d和 7d的移植成功率分别为 4 7 2 % ( 2 5/ 53 )、54 8% ( 17/ 3 1)和 75 7% ( 56/ 74 ) ,6 5d与 7d差异显著 (P <0 0 5) ,6d?WT5BZ]Beef cattle embryos of Limousin,Simental and Galloway from Canada were transplanted to 489 recipients.The result indicates that 249 (50 9%) recipients were in pregnancy on d120 detected by rectal palpation,221 living and 13 dead calves were delivered with survival rate 91 4%.The recipients (n=930) were treated with ICI80996 for estrous synchronization,880 of them were in estrous (94 5%) and the synchronization rate was 91 1% during 72h.The pregnant rates of embryo transplantation were 49 2% (211/429) in cows of Luxi Yellow Cattle and 63 3% (38/60) in heifers of Holstein Friesian.For the recipients at the first selection the pregnancy rates were 60 1% (158/263),and 34 6% (64/176) at the second selection among uncertified and nonpregnant recipients.After medical treatment and flushing for more than two months,the pregnant rate was 54 0% (27/50) for the third selected cows and heifers among the rest recipients.There was no significant effect (P>0 05) of corpus luteum grade of recipients on the pregnant rate,with 54 7% (41/75) for the grade A and 44 7% (115/257) for grade B respectively.The conception rates of morula (155) transplanted on 6d,6 5d and 7d in estrus cycle were 55.0% (33/61),51 5% (34/66) and 51 7% (15/29) respectively (P>0 05).While of blastocysts the conception rates were significantly higher for 6.5d (54 8%,17/31) and 7d (75 7%,56/74) than that of 6d (47 2%,25/53) although 7d was significantly higher than 6 5d (P<0 05) and 6d (P<0 01).There were difference of newborn calf weight between breeds and between the males and females.The total gestation period was 288 78±4 89d in average.
