断奶日龄对仔猪肠粘膜形态的影响

摘　　要：本文研究了不同断奶日龄对仔猪肠粘膜形态的影响。试验分 17日龄 ( 1组 )、2 1日龄 ( 2组 )、2 8日龄 ( 3组 )、3 5日龄 ( 4组 )断奶 4个处理组 ,每个处理 3个重复 ,每个重复 1窝 ,定时定点剖杀取十二指肠、空肠上段、空肠下段、回肠作组织切片 ,观察其绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛宽度、肠壁厚度。结果表明 ,仔猪十二指肠、空肠上段、空肠下段和回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度、绒毛宽度、肠壁厚度均有不同程度的变化 ;断奶日龄越早 ,仔猪肠粘膜变化越大 ,其中绒毛高度下降幅度越大 ,恢复时间越长 ,一般在断奶后 8～ 12d降至最低 ,随后恢复较快 ;1组仔猪十二指肠、空肠上段、回肠隐窝深度显著下降 ;绒毛宽度各组各部位均呈先变窄后变宽趋势 ;肠壁厚度以 1组变化明显。从小肠各部位比较 ,绒毛高度十二指肠最高 ,空肠上段次之 ;隐窝深度、绒毛宽度也以十二指肠最深或最宽 ;肠壁厚度以回肠最厚。仔猪在 2 9日龄时各组各部位肠粘膜指标降至最低水平 ,之后 ,随着日龄的增加 。WT5BZ]Fifty four piglets were selected from 12 litters weaned at 17(group1)、21(group2)、28(group3) and 35(group4) days old respectively to determine effect of weaning age on small intestine morphology.Intestinal samples were taken at 12h,3d,1w,2w postweaning in group 1,at 12h,1w,2w,3w postweaning in group 2 and 3,and at all the same days as group 1、2、3 in group 4 from proximal duodenum,proximal jejunum,distal jejunum and middle ileum in each piglet.Villus height decreased much more and lasted for longer time (8～12 d postweaning) as piglet was weaned early.Crypt depth of duodenum and proximal jejunum decreased significantly in group I.Villus width decreased first and then increased at each location of intestine in each treatment.Intestine thickness changed more in group I.Villus height,crypt depth,and villus width of duodenum was the greatest among each location of intestine,but intestine wall of ileum was the thickest.All indexes of intestine mucose measured at each location in each treatment decreased to the least extent at 29 day and then rose significantly as piglet became old.
