温度和光照对神仙鱼胚胎发育的影响

摘　　要：实验表明 :神仙鱼 (Pterophyllumscalare)的胚胎在 2 4～ 32℃均能正常发育 ,并随温度的升高而加快 ,但达到 34℃时胚胎解体。胚胎发育的适宜温度是 2 6～ 30℃。光照对神仙鱼受精卵孵化率和仔鱼 2 4h内成活率无影响。The embryo of fresh angelfish can normally develop between 24～32℃,and the embryo develop fast with the temperature.However,the embryo will disintegrate when the temperature reach 34℃.The suitable temperature for the embryonic development is 26～30℃.There is no influence of illuminance on rate of hatchability of fertilized eggs and 24h survival rate of larva.
