摘 要:本研究采用单花滴注法接种,以病小穗数为统计单位,对一个感病品种和6个抗病品种杂交取得的各F_1、F_2、B_1、B_2以及其P_1和P_2进行了抗性调查,研究了这6个小麦品种抗赤性的遗传,结果表明:6个抗性亲本抗性由强到弱的顺序为繁60096、苏麦3号、宁7840、翻山小麦、龙79B—1165和克80F_3—119,抗病性以加性效应为主,显性效应不可忽视,互作效应不重要,抗病性呈部分显性,抗感亲本之间存在3~4对基因之差异。病小穗数与潜伏期有显著负相关,与日增率及小穗密度有显著的正相关与潜伏期、穗密度的直接贡献较大。Six crosses between one susceptible and six resistant cultivarsof spring wheat were adopted in field expriment.The F_1, F_2, B_1, B_2, P_1 and P_2 infected with Scab by dripping the Gibberella zeae spore suspension into a single floret.The inheritance of the resistance to Scab waS analysed on the basis of the statistical number of diseased spikelets Results indicated: 1. The order of resistance leve among six resistant parents was Fan 60096, Sumai 3, Ning 7840, Fanshan wheat, Long 79b—1165 and Ke 80F3—l9.The resistance to Scab of the first three parents were high. 2.The inheritance of Scab resistance in wheat was controlled by mul tiple genes.There were four genes different between susceptinle and resistant cultivars. 3. Additive gene effect was important.
