摘  要:以不同品种及同一品种不同苗龄的香蕉幼苗为材料,以6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶(G6PDHase)和腺苷三磷酸酶(ATPase)活性的动态变化为依据,研究3℃低温锻炼对香蕉幼苗代谢途径改变和能量变化与抗冷性的效应。结果表明,低温锻炼提高了各种香蕉幼苗的G6PDHase和ATPase活性,但不同品种及相同品种不同苗龄苗提高程度不同,抗冷性较强的品种(巴西)提高幅度较小,苗龄较小的瓶苗提高程度大于苗龄较大的袋苗。进一步分析发现,上述2种酶活性变化与幼苗抗冷性提高密切相关。The effects of cold acclimation (3℃) on the chilling resistance and the changes of metabolic path and energy were investigated in terms of Glucose-6-Phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDHase) and Adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) derived from the leaves of tissue cultured Plantlets of different banana varieties and of the same variety at various ages. Results showed that the activities of G6PDHase and ATPase of the tube plants was increased due to cold acclimation but might not be all the same among the varieties or within the same variety at different ages. The G6PDHase and ATPase activities of the chilling-tolerant Cavendish variety (introduced from Brazil) increased less than those of non-chilling-tolerant varieties. The G6PDHase and Atriphase activities of the younger plantlets enhanced more than those of the older ones. Further analysis showed the changes of the above-mentioned enzymes' activities were closely related to the chilling resistance of banana tube plants.
