摘 要:在碱性介质中 ,锇 对KIO4 氧化偶氮氯膦 mA的褪色反应有明显的催化作用 ,据此建立了催化光度法测定微量锇 的新方法 ,并用正交实验设计对反应条件进行了优化。方法的检测限为 2 .0μg/L。锇 含量在 7.0~ 2 5 .0 μg/L范围内服从比尔定律。此方法已用于贵金属精矿和二次合金中微量锇的测定 ,相对误差均为 0 .9% ,回收率在 95 .38%~ 10 6 .0A catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of micro amounts of osmium has been established based on the catalytic action of Os? on the oxidation fading reaction of chlorophosphonazo mA with KIO 4 in alkaline medium. The reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experimental design. The detection limit for osmium was 2.0 μg/L. Beer′s law was obeyed in the range from 7.0 to 25.0 μg/L for Os?. The method has been applied to the determination of micro amounts of Os? in concentrate of noble metals and secondary alloy, both of the relative errors were 0.9%. Recoveries varied from 95.38% to 106.0%.
