新显色剂咪唑偶氮对甲苯的合成及其与钴的显色反应

摘　　要：合成了一种新的杂环偶氮类显色试剂 2 - ( 2′-咪唑偶氮 ) - 4-甲基苯 ( IAP-4M) ,进行了结构鉴定和光度性质测试。研究了该试剂与钴的显色反应的适宜条件 ,并应用于维生素 B12 、水样中微量钴的测定 ,络合物的摩尔吸光系数为 1 .1 6× 1 0 5L·mol-1· cm-1。A new colour reagent of 2 (2′ imidazole azo) 4 methylbenzene(IAP 4M) was sythesized and characterized. The optimum condition for the colour reaction of IAP 4M and Co(Ⅱ) was established. The spectroscopy of the complex had molar absorptivity of 1.16×10 5 at 450 nm and was used to determination of Co in water samples and vitamin B 12 samples.
