摘　　要：提出了利血生的流动注射分光光度间接分析方法。以水作载液 ,可间接测定利血生的含量。测定的线性范围 0 .0 1～ 0 .2 mg/m L。回收率为 1 0 0 .0 %～1 0 2 .0 %。The hydrolysis product of leucogen in alkaline medium was determined by spectrophotometry at 300nm. The method was used to determine leucogen indirectly by flow injection spectrophotometry. The linear range is 0.01～0.2 mg/mL and the recovery is 100 0%～102 0%.
