摘  要:在甲烷、二氧化碳与氧气制合成气的反应中 ,使用添加助剂Ce的Ni/Al2 O3 催化剂对反应有较好的活性与稳定性。在此基础上添加了Cu和Li后能进一步提高催化剂的稳定性而催化剂的活性基本不变。XRD和XPS表征结果表明 ,添加Cu后易于形成高度分散的四面体结构的CuAl2 O4 ,使生成的表面晶尖石结构的NiAl2 O4 偏于八面体结构 ;添加Li改善了催化剂的酸碱性 ,促进了CuAl2 O4The catalyst Ni Ce/Al 2O 3 have good activity and stability in reaction of CH 4,CO 2 and O 2 to synthesis gas,based on which others additives were studied.It was found that when Cu and Li were added into catalysts,the stability was improved (life time>70h) without decreasing of activity.The result of XPS and XRD demonstrated that tetrahedral CuAl 2O 4 was formed with high dispersion,which prompted xNi Al 2O 3 (0<x<1) solid solution formed.This solid solution is more like NiO with low reduce temperature.Li makes better impregnation of Cu and higher dispersion of CuAl 2O 4 by effecting amphotericity,and Li is disappearing during calcing.The effect of Li should be studied in detail.
