摘　　要：以 L-谷氨酸为手性原料 ,经过环化、酯化、N-甲基化和格氏加成反应合成了 1 1个 ( S) -α,α-二烃基 -5 -氧代 -1 -甲基 -2 -吡咯烷甲醇 。A series of (S) α,α dihydrocarbyl(5 oxo 1 methyl pyrrolidin 2 yl)methanols were synthesized from L glutamic acid as a chiral starting material by cyclization, esterification, N methylation and addition of the Grignard reagents. Their structures were confirmed by analysises.
