摘  要:采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备出不同质量比的 Ti/ Si复合纳米粉末 ,并利用 XRD、BET、XPS、UV-vis等技术研究了 Ti/ Si复合微粒的表面结构形态变化 ,以及对污染物 NO-2 光催化降解的影响。研究表明 ,Ti/ Si复合微粒的光催化活性明显高于 Ti O2 微粒 ,并且 m(Ti)∶m(Si) =2∶ 1时催化降解NO-2 最佳。Ti O2 微粒以锐钛矿相高度分散在 Si O2 网络中 ,粒径约为 1 0 nm,并与 Si O2 形成 Si- O-Ti桥氧结构 ,提高了 Ti O2 微晶的热稳定性 ,比表面积和表面缺陷。UV- Vis吸收光谱显示复合微粒的光谱吸收发生蓝移 ,有利于吸附降解污染物 NO-2 ,所合成的 Ti/Ti/Si complex particles of different mass ratio were prepared by sol gel method. XRD,BET,XPS,UV vis spectra investigation were used to study the characteristic changes of Ti/Si and their influences to heterogeneous photocatalytic reactions of nitrite. The photocatalytic reactivity of these catalyst were investigated as a function of the Ti/Si complex particles, they were higher than TiO 2, and m (Ti)∶ m (Si)=2∶1 was the best. The TiO 2 particles existing in anatase phase highly dispersed in SiO 2 net with size about 10 nm in diameter forming Si O Ti. These catalysts had significant surface defect, large specific surface area and high photocatalytic reactivity. UV vis spectra investigation indicated that complex particles light absorption became blue shift and it is most useful to heterogenous photocatalysis of pollutants: NO - 2. The Ti/Si complex particles are a new photocatalyst of practical value.
