摘  要:本文研究了正戊醇 -高氯酸 - Cr( ) -二苯碳酰二肼体系的各种萃取条件 ,建立了萃取光度法测定微量铬的新方法。在高氯酸介质中 ,正戊醇能定量的萃取富集 Cr( ) -二苯碳酰二肼络合物。萃取前和萃取后络合物的最大吸收波长不变 (543nm) ,而试剂空白在此处均无吸收。校准曲线在 0— 5μg/ m L范围内符合比耳定律。利用 EDTA掩蔽稀土基体的干扰 ,用本法测定了高纯稀土氧化物中的铬含量 ,并作了加标回收实验 ,结果令人满意。A new method for determining trace Cr(Ⅵ) in high purity samarium oxide by extraction spectrophotometry was developed.The complex of Cr(Ⅵ) diphenyl carbazide can be extracted with n amyl alcohol in perchloric acid solution.The extraction conditions including the suitable concentration of perchloric acid,diphenyl carbazide and the suitable volume ratio of n amyl alcohol or water phase were studied.The wavelengths of maximum absorption of the complexes in n amyl alcohol or water solutions are both at 543nm,while the reagent blank has no absorbance at 543nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0—5μg/mL Cr(Ⅵ).The large amount of rare earth elements are not extracted when EDTA exist in water phase.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Cr(Ⅵ) in high purity samaria with satisfactory results.
